SERVICE TO IMPORTERS / BUYERS
Jayes Import and Exports control quality of all fabric with effective follow-up as per Time and Action by its personnel designated in the manufacturing locations. Fabrics are tested for Colour Fastness, GSM, Shrinkage, Fabric Strength, Flammability, Bonding Strength or any other parameters set by buyers to ensure product satisfaction. The Inspection is conducted at Mid-Production and before Final Shipment. Only satisfied fabrics are shipped to the Customers in India. The procurement has been successful over a decade.

Upon receipt of Purchase Order, submission of following for approval for proceeding bulk production.
Labdip, Print strike-off , Conducting Mid-Production, various fabric tests and Final Inspection before despatch.
Arranging despatch of Fabrics from Bulk for the final approvals such as Pre-Production Samples/ Gold Seal / Read Seal, etc and to test for confirming the garment buyers requirement before proceeding for garment production.
Follow up for Vessel Sailing / Air Shipments.
Follow up for obtaining the Licences from DGFT – Director General of Foreign Trade, wherever applicable to clear fabric shipments without payment of Import Duty.
Reminding buyers for Closure of DGFT’s Special Advance Licence within the stipulated time after the garment is shipped made-out of imported fabric.
Suggesting buyers the right product, quantity and price based on their need.
